A CASED .54 PERCUSSION BOXLOCK TRAVELLING PISTOL BY JAS. BRYCE EDINBURGH, CIRCA 1845, no visible serial number,
with 5in. rebrowned octagonal sighted barrel, the top flat inscribed ' JAS. BRYCE. EDINBURGH', with under-rib and swivel rammer, foliate engraved and decorated boxlock action with traces of colour, bun nut retained side mounted hammer engraved to match the action body, one piece chequered walnut grips with small square vacant escutcheon, contained in green baize relined and fitted mahogany case, with reproduction trade label, accessories include a fluted copper bodied pistol flask, pincer mould, wad punch, pewter oil bottle and cleaning rod
